Reporting to the VP of Product Ideation and Innovation, you will partner with the Chief Product Officer, Marketing, Merchandising, and Design leads to shape product customization strategies and opportunities in store, online and at center of culture experiences. You will inspire creativity in the customization space, delivering a brand look and feel, consumer/influencer engagement, global agreement, implementing new programs and support growth to the businesses. About the Job • Develop strategies and directing the global approach/regional development of Tailor Shop, DTG print bar and Lot 1. Includes management of the guidelines, activation and refresh calendars, in-store menu, amplify seasonal brand stories and managing assets • Consumer connection and insights engagement experience, including market research to inform, identify and develop new customization opportunities in store, online & at center of culture experiences • Guide relationship management (internal and external), product POV and merchandising strategies to promote product and experience excellence while achieving financial investment goals • Lead the development of “ways of working” structure, calendars and timelines for all programs, inform and ensure understanding of leadership on customization projects • Partner and Align with global retail team and marketing to develop Business Case scenarios for new customization developments/opportunities and expansion of Levi’s Tailor Shop in O&O as well as partner accounts. Identify revenue potential and use test to grow approach for New Business Opportunities for Customization • Partner with Brand Marketing (Sports, Retail, Consumer, PR) on consumer/influencer programs for customization. Direct and lead activation of the product customization experience • Partner with On-line Customization leads to create new product/experience direct to consumer. Building capabilities and developing assortments in tandem with the store experience. • Direct assortments, forecasting, and development of Tier 1 customization experience (Super Bowl, Coachella, etc) and Tailor shops. Ensure utilization of Levi’s® brand assets and integration with retail/ wholesale • Build and retain excellent talent About You• Minimum of 7-9 years experience in merchandising/design apparel retail, online, or wholesale • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Project management and organizational skills • Retail business acumen • Passion for product – knowledge of apparel with an eye for good design • Strong team work ethic, people skills and leadership skills • Entrepreneurial spirit to build new businesses and work in ambiguous situations • Local and Global travel We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
