Purpose: The Senior Analyst will support all aspects of the LS&Co supply chain network to deliver a best in class experience for the customer from order placement to delivery within e-commerce with a focus on analytics and systems/process optimization Key Results: • Successful execution of e-commerce supply chain initiatives • Seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery, including reverse logistics • Network optimization of inventory and transportation resulting in lower costs and or improved order to delivery This position will support core functions of the US e-commerce for day to day operations as well management and execution of core supply chain initiatives. The role will also support omni-channel initiatives as it relates to multi-network store distribution and reverse logistics. Key Responsibilities: • Support management of 3PL vendors responsible for 4 wall distribution and delivery to customers • Inventory optimization – sku analysis, selling velocity, aging, inventory distribution • Freight network optimization for shipments and reverse logistics – time in transit and cost • Order management system SME – order allocation rules, shipment upgrades, service level and order to delivery optimization • Ideate, test, and validate systems or process capabilities in improving order flow, shipping capabilities, inventory balancing etc. • Manage and execute IT projects related to supply chain including back end and front end customer systems • Cross functional coordination of day to day activities and projects related to e-commerce supply chain • Leverage data sets from multiple sources for analytics and decision making across customer order and delivery life cycle • Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation Education and Experience • BA or BS required Experience: • 3+ years experience in Retail required, preferably in e-commerce • 3+ years functional experience in supply chain, logistics, finance, or consulting or in operations, analyst or planning capacity • Strong business and financial acumen. Understanding of mathematical concepts both financial and statistical, unit and order level economics, inventory planning, and retail concepts • Demonstrated experience with process improvement in a cross functional capacity Key Skills: • Strong analytical and quantitative skills particularly in business planning, and forecasting • Advanced Excel skills, advanced proficiency with MS-Access and MS Powerpoint. • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and synthesize data to make recommendations • Strong follow-through skills, acute attention to detail, and highly organized • Self-starter with natural curiosity about business operations Communication: • Capacity to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology • Effective communication skills at multiple levels of the organization, including management and cross-functional groups • Works effectively both independently and as a member of a ?cross functional team The Company's policy is to provide equal opportunity to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, citizenship, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, marital status, Vietnam era/disabled veteran status, physical or mental disability, or other protected classes prohibited by applicable law.
