About the Job The purpose of the Senior Analyst, Global Merchandise Planning Operations is to collaborate closely with Global Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management (MP&IM) Leadership Team to ensure tools are in place to empower MP&IM teams to meet goals. • Support the development and encourage the Global implementation of the corporate-wide Integrated Business Planning process • Partner with Regional Planning, Global Planning System, Global Reporting teams and diverse partners in standardizing planning processes and ways of working while understanding the challenges and differences between the regional planning organizations • Develop process maps and communication tools to communicate merchandise planning and inventory management processes and ways of working across the organization • Ensure merchandise planning and inventory management specific processes/GTM dates enables seasonal execution. • Assist leading and implementing the End-to-End Merchandise Planning Transformation that inspires simplification, optimization and quantifiable results. • Inform system/ tool and reporting development through the global teams • Inform change management and training development About You• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field • 3+ years relevant professional experience planning, Inventory Management, or Finance • Business Process Modeling • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Diagnose and structure process issues and use thoughtfulness and logic to develop streamlined solutions quickly • Ability to understand the strategy and deliver supporting processes • Expertise in understanding complex systems landscape and interaction between systems and business process • Strategic Thinker, manages managing the details of process execution • Builds constructive and effective relationships with diverse partners • Work with across levels of the organization, including leadership • Ability to effectively communicate clearly, concisely across time zones and cultures • Strong interpersonal skills enjoys working with diverse teams.
