JOB DESCRIPTION LSA eCommerce Customer Acquisition and Retention MBA Internship LS&Co. is looking for a talented MBA student with a deep interest in the world of retail apparel to join our Performance Marketing team for 10 weeks this summer. We’ll give you the experience of working on a critical business initiative with exposure to senior leadership. In return, we hope you’ll help us reach our goal of becoming the world’s most loved, most relevant lifestyle brand again by bringing your perspective, insight, and knowledge about what consumers are looking for when it comes to shopping for and buying clothing. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, interns will be exposed to all areas of our business and all of our brands. To top it off, you get to spend the summer in San Francisco! This internship offers a unique opportunity, providing learning experiences that just might bring your consumer focus skills to the top of the pack. Position Overview: LS&Co is currently in a revolutionary phase as it seeks to transform into a best-in-class omnichannel retailer. To support this goal, LS&Co is currently developing its global loyalty and CRM capabilities. We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing individual with a passion for retail, ecommerce, and marketing to join our team this summer. As a Customer Acquisition and Retention intern, your primary focus will be on supporting the successful launch of a US-based loyalty program pilot, launching in August 2019. This pilot is a critical first step toward a broader loyalty program rollout, which will ultimately serve as one of the key drivers of Levi.com and Levi’s stores sales globally. In a highly cross-functional role, you will be required to work with team members from key internal stakeholder groups – including product, analytics, omnichannel, and marketing – and external vendors alike. Your primary responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): • Develop media launch plan in partnership with email, demand generation, and retail marketing teams to maximize consumer acquisition and engagement • Evaluate the internal communication launch plans to ensure clarity across all key stakeholders • Managing marketing campaign production to ensure elevated, consistent, and frictionless brand experience is delivered across all channels • Collaborating with LS&Co.
