The LS&Co. Global Business Services (GBS) department provides services to Finance, Payroll, Order to Cash and IT along with our strategic Supplier. The purpose of this position is to manage the contractual relationship between LS&Co. and our Supplier. This includes the project management of the contract updates and amendment process related to the Master Service Agreement (MSA), Global Compliance Plan (GCP), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and other ad hoc related agreements - as a collaborative effort across the four business departments with the Supplier. You will be the single point of contact for compliance issues with tower teams and with the Supplier Essential Results: • Routine amendments to the MSA are performed twice per year based on the established schedule . • Audit findings are remediated on or before the mutually agreed upon remediation schedule. • Compliance reporting as defined in the GCP is timely, accurate, and with a high degree of achievement against Global Compliance Plan metrics. • BCP simulations are conducted completely and per the agreed upon schedules. Actual BCP invocations follow the established BCP protocols. About the Job• Provide support to update contractual documents based on business approved contract change requests. • Coordination of amendments to contracts with oversight from Director, Governance & Operations and in partnership with the Legal Department. • Maintain a complete and secure contract master records library and compliance plan document library on SharePoint. • Coordinate with internal operating, contract change order, billing, accounting, budgeting, governance, service level reporting, process improvement and communications team members to assure that all contract-related activities are conducted following contractual requirements and integrated with contract amendments where necessary. • Manage calendar of contractual events and deliverables; assure vendor delivery of certifications, audit reports, and proof of insurance when due. • Project management of the remediation plan for audit findings from audits conducted by LS&Co. internal audit department at the Supplier’s service centers around the world. About You• 4 year degree from an accredited university or Paralegal certificate • 5+ years of experience working on full contract life-cycle management and document management across multiple departments in a global corporate environment. • Commercial transactional paralegal experience, or equivalent experience that provides grounding in basic commercial contracts law and best contracting practices. • The ability to coordinate numerous projects simultaneously. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently to achieve established goals. • Ability to draft simple contract amendments (in partnership with the Legal Department) and contractual compliance reports. • Experience with large multi-year, multi-functional, multi-regional transformational programs is a plus • Experience in the apparel industry is a plus • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
