The Cash Integration Manager is a full time member of the project team and is responsible for the detailed design of the company’s business processes in the system(s). You will work with the Global Process Coordination Office to help ensure a global perspective for business process decisions. As part of the core business process team, you will actively participate in the analysis and decomposition of business processes, document the business process requirements, and design the system enablers to support the organization’s To-Be process vision. As such, you are the essential liaison between the project and the end users and should be a champion of the solution within the business. You will also aid in the design of reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and user authorizations. You will actively participate in workshops and presentations to validate business processes and solutions with the end user community. This includes liaising with our internal treasury teams to ensure integration with all current banks for both incoming and outgoing payments. You are also expected to actively participate in the system testing phase to ensure that the system that has been built meets the business requirements. In addition, you will partner with the training team to identify business processes and technical system tasks to be documented, provide training and business process input to the end user training team, review training materials, and deliver end-user training to the larger end-user community. In this role, you will report to the FICO Team Lead. You must have: • In-depth knowledge of the company’s business processes or SAP knowledge (S/4 strongly preferred) • Knowledge of one or more business domain areas with business application knowledge • Analytical skills and the ability to move forward with incomplete information • Influencing skills and the ability to present project details to senior management • Experience as a current or future system user • Earned respect from your peer group and end-user community • Empowerment to make decisions on functional, process, or operational changes • Ability to raise relevant issues, drive for solution, and make decisions under time constraints • Experience with system implementations preferred • Experience with conducting presentations and training In this role, you will perform the following: • Represent the business requirements for your functional area including the integration with current banks and treasury systems • Responsible for oversight of other project team members and the work of SME’s • Define business processes and provide input to system configuration decisions in your area of functional expertise • Provide input to the Global Process Coordination Office to help ensure a global perspective for business process decisions • Identify, document, and resolve issues • Develop business process documentation (process flows, business process procedures) • Assist in the development of training materials (identification, documentation, validation) • Identify test scenarios and develop test scripts • Test systems configuration, development objects, and user-authorizations • Provide first line of support during implementation stabilization period • Support data conversion activities (strategy, data cleansing, validation) • Deliver training to end-user community • Assist in formal and informal change management activities LOCATION1155 Battery St. San Francisco, CA, 94111FULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
