Key responsibilities • Monthly/Quarterly financial forecast, Annual Financial Plan, Seasonal Strategic Planning in alignment with key functional team members • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and management against targets including month/quarter end close activities and variance analysis • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely management reports to inform state of the business such as customer profitability, monthly actual comparisons, volume summary, etc. • Partner with sales and planning team in management of Sales Dilution programs • Maintain up to date customer hierarchy structure within Essbase • Strong collaboration with business partners to monitor results and provide data and analysis with focus on key financial metrics • Apply business knowledge to ad hoc analysis to help drive/influence business decisions Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required, Finance or Accounting major preferred • Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, commercial banking, or investment banking • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budget management, and development of controls and procedures • US GAAP accounting knowledge, and Proficiency in Income Statement and Balance Sheet • Strong organizational skills: high attention to detail, consistent follow through • Strong MS Office and Excel skills; experience with Hyperion essbase, SAP a plus • Strong team player and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment while developing effective relationships and achieving results. • Self-starter: proactive, creative, resourceful, decisive, resilient • Thrives in a fast paced environment • Ability to influence others in a productive manner to improve business processes and results • Strong analytical and process development skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial results & issues to senior management and non-financial audiences • Language requirement: English • Retail/apparel industry experience a plus We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
