The Agile Program Manager defines the process for accelerated domain deployment and working side by side the domain squads to inject agile practices. This role injects best practices (e.g., by running daily agile ceremonies) and influences and supports team to maintain a very rapid execution pace. About the Job• Develop domain squad strategy and operating model• Establish the domain squad strategy – i.e., establish the activities, deliverables, tools, and roles and responsibilities required at each step of the process* • Establish the processes / ceremonies and associated materials domain squads will use* • Must use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation. Must embody the agile principles and lead by example • Refine the strategy after the first few squads have been deployed to ensure sustainability of the agile methods and offer strategies for improvement • Domain squad facilitation• Train teams on agile practices* • Organize daily agile ceremonies, e.g., daily stand up* • Steer teams back on track if they veer away from agile principles • Cross-squad agreement and issue remediation• Monitor for misunderstanding or issues across squads* • Partner closely with teams to address challenges and escalate where necessary About You• Bachelor of Engineering/Science/Technology degree preferably in Computer Science or other Engineering discipline or equivalent • • Agile/Scrum Master/Coach certification required • PMP/Agile Product Manager certification a plus • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience leading agile teams, following Agile/Scrum methodologies • Prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies • Have related programming/delivery experience in Business Intelligence/Data/Analytics projects • Knowledge and demonstrable experience with Agile concepts • Have facilitation skills in conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, group dynamics and personality styles – can demonstrate new ways of making existing meetings and events more useful by using their experience helping teams in similar situations • You are approachable, relates well to others, engages people and helps them understand change, provides and looks for feedback, articulates clearly, and actively listens • Achieve results through teamwork – Is open to diverse ideas, works inclusively and collaboratively, holds self and others accountable, involves others to accomplish personal and team goals • Lead through positive influence – expresses character; builds partnerships; models a conscious balance between work and personal life; takes responsibility for own development; role models leadership qualities such as motivation, inspiration, passion and trust • Coach and develop others – develops and cares about associates, builds teams, helps people be their best, values and manages diversity, provides candid and constructive feedback • Lead change and challenges the status quo, embraces technology, puts forward creative ideas, advocates and implements process improvements, gathers the ideas of others, shows good judgment about which ideas will work • Execute with excellence – is action-oriented, drives for results, sets clear expectations and milestones, reviews progress, acts decisively, solves problems, can be counted on to meet goals We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
