The Senior Manager for Dockers Business Development and Licensing is a key member of the Dockers team that will work across internal and external business partners (licensees) to drive initiatives, leverage commercial strategies and collaboratively work on financial planning and reporting. About the Job• Reporting to the Director of Dockers LSA and Licensing • Cultivate and sustain essential strategic partnerships- direct and engage partners in priorities and actions through collaboration • Align partners on Commercial Account Strategies to guide head to toe/lifestyle messaging • Guide integration between important partners and LSA commercial teams. This includes: Regional Final Line Assortment Meetings, Final Line Assortment Meetings, Key Account Sell in, Market Week, Partner meetings. • Develop Market Mapping strategies to segment to grow Dockers brand across all partners • Manage continuous evaluation of portfolio and long-range category strategic planning • Manage Standard Operating Procedures across all Licensee Partners • Help develop SBP and AFP strategies and financials across categories in partnership with business development operations team • In partnership with the business development operations team develop and review quarterly forecast • Understand and implement contractual deliverables (approved accounts, sales quality guidelines, trademark usage) • Manage the partners (licensee) quarterly business reviews with business development operations team • Manage the wholesale, wholesale.com and brand environment marketing engagement with partners (licensees). Manage asset GTM process and requests. • Manage supplier model logistics support. • Travel up to 10% (partner meetings, market visits or internal meetings) About You• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience; understanding of licensing business model and contracts a plus • Understanding of finance and accounting practices • Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within and external to us • Very strong problem solving and analytic skills • Strong project management capabilities and can effectively operate in a collaborative team environment We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
