Today, Levi’s Tailor Shop offers our fans an opportunity to tailor, customize or personalize their garments to provide the ultimate form of authentic self-expression. The Specialist role, reporting to the Director of Innovation and Experience, will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end Tailor Shop business model to ensure a brand enhancing consumer experience that only Levi’s can offer. Working cross functionally with Product Innovation, Merchandising, Marketing, P&A, Ecommerce, Store Operations and our field teams, this individual will help define and deliver the Levi’s customization experience. Key Responsibilities / Tasks • Lead cross functional effort to optimize end-to-end Tailor Shop business model and deliver enhanced consumer experience and business performance; develop and execute work plan to prioritize short, medium and long-term opportunities • Serve as primary point of contact for the regions direct-to-garment printing business; develop holistic program to drive store level revenue • Create and manage reporting dashboards to monitor store level performance; identify key business drivers and turn insights into actions • Develop comprehensive approach for the identification, training and ongoing development of our Tailor team • Partner with Product Innovation to identify new service offerings and capabilities to ensure Levi’s remains at the forefront of providing ways for fans to customize their garments • Support field team and Tailor Shop staff to ensure stores have the required equipment and supplies for services offered • Work closely with Global Direct-to-Consumer and E-commerce partners to develop digital capabilities to provide consumers with access to Tailoring services regardless of where they engage with the brand • Collaborate and share best practices across the organization to deliver a consistent consumer experience • Develop proficiency on retail industry, retail innovation and overall market trends Desired Skills & Qualifications • BS/BA preferred • 3-5 years of experience in store operations, merchandising or strategy • Understanding of direct-to-consumer landscape and consumer trends • Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple deliverables autonomously • Ability to work in cross-functional teams • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Key Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills, problem solver, influencer at all levels of management, communication The Company's policy is to provide equal opportunity to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, citizenship, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, marital status, Vietnam era/disabled veteran status, physical or mental disability, or other protected classes prohibited by applicable law.
