Reporting to the VP of Global Product and Supply Strategy, you will help guide the strategic direction of the Global Product Organization (which includes Design, Development, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Innovation, Sustainability). The role will be focused on the essential Product initiatives that will equip us to unlock our next wave of short-term and long-term growth, while streamlining and simplifying how we bring product to market. You will work in close collaboration with the Global Product Leadership Team, with a focus on Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Planning. About the Job • Collaborate across Global Product Strategy team and leadership to establish a cohesive Global Product strategy and drive organizational alignment to ensure development of related initiatives • Lead top-priority high-visibility projects by coordinating cross-functional teams during the diagnosis/evaluation, design/implementation, planning, and execution phases • Evaluate and implement product growth opportunities (top line and bottom line) across brands and product categories • Evaluate and implement operational improvements to accomplish product strategies and unlock revenue/ margin potential; develop and train standard operating procedures • Partner with internal stakeholders to establish project charters (scope, objectives, costs, benefits, resourcing, risks) for key programs • Collaborate and coordinate functional teams to drive development of key initiatives while minimizing business disruption • Monitor ongoing results of key initiatives as measured by KPIs and supporting business metrics • Partner with Market Insights to gather global and market-specific intelligence (product category, consumer, competitor, market/ country) and conduct in-market tests to inform Product strategies • Build and maintain a collaborative relationship across functions/ departments outside Global Product to identify business issues, determine solutions, drive alignment, and implement changes • Provide line-of-sight to VP of Global Product & Supply Strategy and key leadership into high-priority initiatives and daily business risks • Support deliverables for Board meetings, annual planning milestones (strategic, operational, and financial), priorities & objectives, internal/ external leadership meetings, etc. About You• 8-10 years of consulting or strategy/operations roles within Apparel/ Retail sector • MBA preferred • Understanding of the apparel value chain including design/ development, planning, supply chain, and retail/ wholesale • Strong project management skills including both project planning and execution capabilities • Enjoy working with senior leadership to synthesize/ summarize findings at an executive level • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams as a team-member as well as a leader • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently with sense of accountability • Ability to adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
