The IT Director is responsible for the effective leadership of systems, processes, and resources covering Global Wholesale capabilities. Leadership and management of systems and resources on a globally basis with direct reports located in all three regions. Apply Apparel Industry domain knowledge to provide strategic insight to various IT and Business stakeholders. Work globally with vendors and commercial business leaders for alignment ensuring delivery of projects and overall direction for system development. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: • Ensure Global Wholesale's initiatives are aligned and supporting the achievement goals and strategies of LS&Co. business with technology • Provide oversight to build the Global Wholesale roadmap with business teams which deliveries business benefits • Lead the alignment of the IT capabilities with Global IT architecture and system roadmaps • Contribute to the leadership of the IT Global Wholesale Function with insight to leverage regional specific needs into global capabilities STRATEGY: • Leadership in the building of the long-term strategic roadmap for Global Wholesale IT components • Leverage and manage vendors to enable delivery in an outsource model OPERATIONS & DELIVERY: • Ensures IT components in Global Wholesale Projects are meeting or exceeding agreed SLA and delivery goals • Ensures IT components in Global Wholesale are delivered according to LS&Co. IT and PMO processes and standards. TALENT: • Lead, motivate, and build engagement of the teams delivering the IT components in Global Wholesale • Ensures direct managers are executing strong team resource engagement activities – annual objectives, development planning, coaching, performance management, task allocation FINANCE: • Creates in the annual financial plan for the IT components in Global Wholesale and deliver the resulting financial targets with projects • Continually review and perform cost center management EDUCATION & SKILLS: EDUCATION: • MBA or equivalent job-experiences focused on commercial business activities • Able to help stakeholders set priorities and goals SKILLS: Excellent leadership skills with business and technical groups Excellent verbal and written communication skills Vendor/partner management skills CORE VALUES: • Exhibit core company behaviors that focus on how we at LS&Co. operate together day to day regardless of level, function or location:•Know the Business; Own the Result; Company First; Be Part of the Solution; Lead by Example EXPERIENCE: • At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry • Management of multiple IT components on different technology platforms • Leadership of team managers, project resources, and influencing other IT Leaders Partnering with business leaders and executives to drive positive change • Vendor Management in an outsourced environment • Budget Management We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
