We're looking for a Manager, Global Retail Productivity and Operations to help unlock our global productivity solves for labor and our store operating model. You will lead strategy and productivity operations for LS&Co.’s Levi's Tailor Shop and global store operating model. This includes building the vision and business case(s) for changes in our stores that will enhance productivity and increase profits, acting a as a consultant to regional strategy and implementation partners, revising existing global labor standards and formulating new standards for how we staff and manage labor in stores, working in close partnership with Finance and using analytical insights to determine risk and ROI for store productivity changes and initiatives. About the Job• Lead analysis and modelling of the global store and franchisee portfolio focusing on the most effective way to unlock P&L benefits in each region • Be the SME of labor and productivity, globally understanding systems, by vendor, landscape and trends to unlock the best and most productive global store operating model • Manage the current global labor contracts and RFPs and come up with a road maps that will support P&Ls • Partner with Product and IT to provide global tools to regions that unlock store and labor productivity • Deliver Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Digital capabilities that will enhance existing store model while driving better productivity as well as delivering a better and more engaging cross channel consumer experience About You• Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred • 3-5 years’ experience in Retail required, preferably in E-Commerce • 3-5 years functional experience in supply chain, logistics, finance, or consulting or in operations, analyst or planning capacity • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to build business cases and inventory analytics • Advanced Excel skills, advanced proficiency with MS-Access and MS PowerPoint, Sequel a plus • Capacity to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
