About the Job• Receive unconstrained monthly Finished Goods replenishment request from regional Inventory Planners and translating it properly to proposed production plan by vendor, ensuring correct masterdata and information flow • Analyze capacity vs load and potentially constraining the production plan (based on constraints such as lead times, minimums, capacity, raw material availability and priorities) • Active collaboration with Product Development and Sourcing teams to address issues and resource constraints to best match the demand need (e.g. negotiating capacities with Sourcing/Vendors, cross-sourcing codes from one vendor to another, pre-build and postponement strategies, fabric-garment decoupling strategies, etc.) • Regular touch-points with all important contacts in both regional and global teams, on commercial and supply side - ensuring that proper priorities are followed • Evaluate and managing mid-cycle and off-cycle important business need requests to support the our growth and agility of the supply chain About You• Degree in operations, industrial engineering, mathematics, statistics, supply chain, logistics, business or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in Supply or Demand Planning • Experience in Product Allocation and Production Planning • Ability to take on and lead projects • Results-oriented mindset • Problem solve and quickly move through complex processes • Strong analytical skills to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative data Perks We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
