Levi Strauss & Company is looking for a Site Merchant for Amazon.com to partner with Lead Site Merchant to help facilitate the overall coordination of site/customer experience to contribute to business goals and maximize placement of products and digital assets to drive sales and traffic. About the Job• You will report into the Lead Site Merchant • Partner with account management team to maintain existing products, add new products (data upload management), remove obsolete items and manage inventory issues on site • Accomplish category and site maintenance daily ensuring item-level accuracy of product imagery and copy and requesting maintenance • Build regular site reviews to find and resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement • Partner with marketing and content teams to suggest site enhancements and item placement to improve customer shopping experience • Coordinate the creation and modification of dynamic search-related landing pages to support an improved onsite experience Key Results• Guide website conversion by partnering with sales, performance marketing and content marketing • Number of items accurately setup and updated About You• BA/BS in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or related field • 3-5 years’ experience in related experience in Ecommerce, Site Merchandising, or Buying from a top tier consumer or fashion brand • Experience with tools used for website merchandising and management • Experience with Vendor Central or Seller Central • Strong interpersonal skills • Relevant ecommerce or multichannel retail experience preferred • Experience measuring latest technologies and media (mobile, social) • Experience with Amazon.com is not required but preferred We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
