As Creative Services & Brand Environment Project Manager you’ll support the business by managing the creative asset workflow, regional adaptation and design development, as well as managing selected projects from concept to execution within the Creative Service & Brand Environment Team; guaranteeing smooth timely and accurate distribution to all stakeholders. Key responsibilities: • Creatively produce and distribute our complete seasonal campaigns assets workflow. • Facilitate the creative and production process with agencies, freelancers, global and local stakeholders to issue guidelines, assets and materials for regional production and implementation. • Manage critical paths for all projects ensuring tools are delivered on time and within budget. • Establish integrated communication links with all relevant parties internally and with external suppliers. • Manage the design development and/or adaptations, production and implementation of selected non-campaign related projects across mainline, outlet and wholesale with set qualitative and quantitative parameters; accurately, timely and within budget. • Organize and deliver the project planning, mock-up session, production set-up and logistics of the agreed projects with strict budget control and facilitation of cross-functional teams; allowing a 360° integrated approach. • Develop and deliver clear and effective written and oral communication on the project status and results to all stakeholders (internal & external); ensuring premium and consistent project executions in the affiliates. • Act as key day-to-day contact for all Levi’s® Affiliates, ensure field needs are understood and covered within projects, quality of presentations in the field are as per project guidelines and compliant to central LSEMA business standards and requests and queries are serviced within due course. • Innovate and maintain the digital management of our campaign, training and VM tools as well as supplier base. Required skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience related to Project Management and /or art direction • Working experience in the apparel and fashion retail industry will be a distinctive advantage • Proven track record of delivering visual tools with excellence • Proven track record of managing projects and budgets • Knowledge of material specs and production process is a must Behavior and foundational competencies: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong planning, negotiation and organizational skills and ability to operate in a Matrix organization • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects • Sound business and analytical skills • Problem solving and pragmatic way of working • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills • Fluent in English, additional languages are advantageous • Strong visual capabilities with an eye for detail • Hands on with the ability to multi task and work under challenging timelines • Driven to achieve results, a self-starter who works well on own initiative • Ability to understand and evaluate KPIS reacting to the European marketplace Job specific functional expertise: • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially INDESIGN) • A true passion for retail, product and consumer experience • Sound knowledge and demonstration of project management methodology and tools • Computer literate: MS Office Applications • Levi’s® brand ambassador LOCATIONZaventem, BelgiumFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
