JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Production Order Service Desk Analyst Europe for our European headquarter based in Brussels. We're seeking for a bright, data-driven, motivated individual who is detail oriented, but with a strong affinity for product. In this role, you will support the Inventory Management team, to make sure we can delight our brand fans. Team player that requires ability to effectively work and communicate with others across the organization and with our vendors. Responsibilities: • On-Time Delivery of Finished Goods into DC for shipments. • Excellent track and trace record • Excellent execution of the different agility processes • Knowledgeable about the global processes and systems • Ensure understanding and adherence to global policies and processes within the regions while at the same time ensuring a clear communication and assessment of regional priorities within the global organization. • Team work in order to achieve deadlines. • Ensure timely Production order (PO) Issuance and reconciliation of all Production orders in regional affiliate ERP systems (e.g. SAP-AFS) to meet KPI’s. Execute, Manage and Revise all global production PO's accordingly. • Together with Inventory Management planners review monthly the production priorities/ deliveries and follow up for deferments and cancelation + tracking. • Resolve PO errors and PO interface issues per service level agreement • Proactively review rolling 6 weeks of production order confirmations for PO issuance and ensure Product code master data with Sourcing Management/ Outline Agreement/ MoveTimeMatrix/ Purchasing Info Record’s, etc are set up and work with Sourcing Management/Resource Planning /Product Development/Finished Goods teams to fix as necessary • Ensure High Priority programs are tracked from PO Issuance to DC receipt, and re-prioritize/ escalate with inbound logistics and DC teams as necessary. • Support ship risks analysis and assist regional planners with prioritization/ escalation/revision requests to Global Supply Planning/Sourcing Teams/Vendors for priority programs and products. • Ensure optimized transport modes in function of Service level and cost. • Support agility programs (execution – follow up) • Together with planners review monthly the production priorities/ deliveries and follow up for deferments and cancelation + tracking. • Support the planners and team members in achieving deadlines Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience), graduates are welcomed • Supply Planning, Production scheduling or sourcing experience is an asset; 1-2 years’ experience is an asset. • Technical proficiency with computer software tools and the ability to learn new ones quickly (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) • Excel knowledge is a must, ERP system is an asset • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and be able to “tell a story” • Strong analytical/problem solving capabilities including the ability to quickly identify issues and impact on deliveries . • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly, teamwork • Influencing/Negotiations Skills • Presentation Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong listening and interpersonal skills What we offer: • Great work experience in an international, energetic and fun environment • Great opportunity to work for the world’s number one denim brand LOCATIONZaventem, BelgiumFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
