About the Job Reporting to the VP’s of Design, this role will partner with, the Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain team to create and define our graphic point of view that supports the strategic business requirements and delivers leading and commercial opportunities. You will research, discover, create and manage the delivery of graphics around the globe. Lead your team to continually contribute to design vision that is cohesive with seasonal concepts and product stories, which inspires both global and local creative hubs. You will be the Brand Guardian for all things graphic to ensure the evolution and communication of the Brand Look & feel the supports and deepens the brand value and identity. About You• 7+ years of experience in Graphic design • Expert knowledge in branded/graphic apparel and exceptional graphic design skills • Identify consumer insights through market research to inform delivery of commercial to leading ideas in our graphic expressions • Can think conceptually, guide concepts, and themes to ensure visual and verbal communication to our audiences • Build strong collaborative relationships with design, merchandising, product development and marketing colleagues • Great communication skills, including presentations to large groups • Effectively manage multiple projects against timelines, budgets, and source locations • Team management experience with a diverse group of talent • Can work around roadblocks; influence and creatively address conflicts of priorities, beliefs or interests • Savvy computer and design program skills required for presentations, development, etc • Understand nuances in both global and local consumer behavior and competitive pressures • Design, Drawing/painting skills, Graphic Treatment knowledge and excellent working knowledge of Adobe Suite • Global travel required • Global experience is desired We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
