Sr. Manager -SAP Platform Engineering is a leader for the team responsible for the design, deployment of Global SAP S4/HANA and SCP Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning solution on cloud. This role will specifically focus on ensuring that our SAP platforms have a well-defined road map and set of architectural patterns and execution plan to support high availability and elasticity. Collaborates with SAP Partner as well as cloud providers and Regional business teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives by delivering a world-class ERP solutions • Key Results: • Implement S4/HANA platform on cloud • Lead the team responsible for platform design, deployment of Global SAP S4/HANA and SCP Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning solution on cloud. • Collaborate with SAP Partner as well as cloud providers and Regional business teams to achieve strategic goals by delivering a world-class ERP solution. • Coordinate SAP system environment builds for the ERP Transformation. • Coordinate system release and upgrade management with infrastructure team. • Manage SLAs with cloud infrastructure providers. • Responsible for overall Change management (transport management) including definition of change management plans, strategy, and execution • Implement and maintain fail proof infrastructure security measures, systems, controls and policies to protect corporate assets, systems and intellectual property • Ensure completeness of development deliverable which includes program delivery, testing, and documentation. • Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, establish and communicate key milestones to sub-team leads and PMO • Manage the delivery life cycle of SAP systems and capabilities in the ERP ecosystem on cloud and on-prem • Proactively working with partners and vendors to evaluate new SAP technologies, capabilities and SaaS offerings. • Develop productive and positive working relationships with all key Business and IT stakeholders • Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. • Years and Type of Experience Required: 15 + Years of experience on SAP Platform design and management 5 + Years of ERP on cloud experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Minimum 15+ years of continuous, technical hands-on SAP BASIS/S4/HANA and SCP administration and system landscape management experience 10 years of experience working as a Basis Lead in a complex Large-scale enterprise SAP environment 5 years of experience working in a cloud-hosted SAP infrastructure landscape Expertise in Designing and orchestrating robust global SAP change management and transport systems We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
