Role Purpose: • Drive customer retention and increase conversion through implementation of marketing programs and content • Continuously analyze and report out real time and historical data across the digital platform that services our Wholesale Accounts. Find actionable insights that move the business forward. Essential Functions: • Regularly create and brief in creative agency on site assets including homepage, marketing presentations, brand initiatives, seasonal stories, email, promotions, other special projects assigned • Continually create, optimize and execute A/B tests that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and performance • Manage the marketing calendar including website and email • Analyze and communicate actionable digital consumer insights to enhance the customer experience and improve sales and conversion • Develop analytical reports and dashboards to make strategic recommendations for program optimization and perform ad hoc analysis for digital campaigns that enable the organization to be agile and responsive to new opportunities. Weave the story behind the data, with a focus towards driving action. Regularly communicate out key insights and recommendations • Collaborate with key cross-functional business partners/groups (Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, IT) including external agencies. • Build content into Hybris (CMS) and deploy into production • Conduct ad hoc analysis in support of all digital marketing and B2B business initiatives Basic Qualifications: • 5-7 years of related experience with a minimum 5 years of experience in developing digital marketing campaigns and analytics reporting. • Marketing background. Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills • Must have a strong understanding of web technology as well as content management systems • Experience building useful reporting tools and dashboards • Experience with metric and data visualization tools including: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager • Experience working with personalization tools such as Windsor Circle, Optimizely or Monetate desired • Experience working with SAP Hybris considered a plus. • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and the ability to visualize data though PowerPoint • Ability to manage cross functionally internally as well as with external agencies • Strong planning, project management and organization skills • Highly analytical and detail-oriented • Desire to work in a small fast paced environment (small team wearing many hats, get it done attitude).
