Reporting to the Manager, Retail Operation, the Coordinator, Retail Operations supports the needs of the store operations department for Levi’s® and Dockers® Retail Division. You will be focused primarily on fulfilling supply requests, reporting support and managing/reconciling data. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with vendors to fulfill supply orders • Manage supply vendor and invoice reconciliation process • Manage store inquiries received through Retail Operations shared email box • Data management for Store Assets and Offsite Storage • Create and test discount codes for Store Systems • Maintain the monthly Store Workload calendar • Manage any bag ordinance requests • Partner with field leaders to communicate any weather-related store closures • Create and distribute reporting to support Retail Operations team needs • Collaborate with other corporate groups on administrative issues • Other Ad hoc tasks as requested Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ years combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree • Minimum 2 years experience in a retail/wholesale apparel business or other consumer packaged goods industry • Proficiency with MS Office applications • Strong customer service orientation • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate and respond to a diverse population • Comfortable working independently • Passion, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook with a commitment to high-performance • Up to 20% travel We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
