As a Product Manager of Innovation within Global eCommerce, work closely with key stakeholders to ensure Levi’s remains at the forefront of the online shopping experience for our consumers. As a Senior Product Manager of Innovation within Global eCommerce, you will drive the product vision, define roadmaps, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure Levi’s remains at the forefront of the online shopping experience for our consumers in Europe, North America, and Asia/Middle East. Responsibilities: • As part of the Global eCommerce Product Management team, implement Innovation initiatives to support LS&Co’s aggressive and strategic eCommerce growth objectives • Identify Innovation opportunities, help analyzing business benefit and evaluating ROI and work on prioritizing and negotiating initiatives to develop roadmap • Participate in ideation, design and implementation of Innovation product strategy for globally. Additionally, socialize roadmap and product lifecycle regularly with senior leadership • Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements, lead user acceptance testing, launch products, and address business and system issues • Leverage technical acumen to effectively partner with engineering teams to rapidly deliver high quality products • Measure post-delivery performance and optimize to drive customer experience benefit and cost savings. • Communicate the benefits and champion supply chain initiatives throughout the organization ?Skills & Qualifications: • 2+ years eCommerce Product Management experience • Bachelor’s Degree • Passionate about game-changing and innovative products in the eCommerce space • Data-driven with the analytical abilities to identify opportunities and drive ROI analysis • Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and drive a high level of focus • Demonstrated ability to understand technology concepts and implications, manage trade-offs and opportunistically evaluate new opportunities with internal and external partners We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
