We are looking for a Product Development Assistant who will bring support, clarity and organization to our team of product developers working on one of our core products, Men's Graphic Tops. It is important to us that you have the energy and desire to aid in the execution of all activities that are deemed necessary to produce manufacture-ready products. You should be capable of driving success even with a wide range of diverse responsibilities. About the Job: • Support the execution of all GTM calendar development activities to ensure deadlines are met • Support execution of development activities: proto, commercial sample fabric and garment tracking • Support the execution of all pre-production activities. Supporting fit reviews as needed; orchestrate finish/color reviews for approval • Lead in maintaining accuracy of data into various systems to ensure the integrity of the information About You: • 2+ years of experience working in a similar position that required the manipulation of large amounts of data, apparel industry preferred • Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise • Product development and/or garment production experience preferred • Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities • Expert knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook • Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and able to deal with last minute changes • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level directors • Impeccable communication skills across all channels with an ability to get the message across • Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy • Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly • Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS&Co. • Bachelor’s degree, however a combination of college education and related work experience may be used as a substitute We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
