JOB DESCRIPTION The Senior Manager, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Integrations is a technical leadership position responsible for leading LS&Co DTC Integration team as we continue the transformation of our legacy middleware technology to a next generation consolidated Micro-Services based integrated platform. This role requires a technical leader who can manage teams and projects in a complex technology environment through effective communication, collaboration with cross functional teams, integration, and automation. This role will require strong hands-on technical background and will span the development, operationalizing and management of new and existing enterprise micro-services leveraging latest integration technologies/patterns to support and integrate internal and partner application platforms. You are accountable for the quality of the integration development, ensuring the work is on schedule and that the development objects are optimal and meet business requirements. Additionally, you will establish, maintain and ensure adherence to integration development standards and procedures. About You: • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience. • 10+ years of Integration delivery experience with at least 4 full cycle Integration implementations and 1 full life cycle experience of delivering hybrid integrations with cloud connectors. • At least 1 or 2 full cycle experience of Integration Transformations programs enabling microservices and API based architecture • 5+ years of architecting integrations with SaaS/PaaS/cloud connectors with best in breed providers like SAP , Salesforce, Workday, Amazon Web Services, Azure and other similar CSPs. • Experience in establishing agile Integration governance models, processes and documenting Integration development standards and enable CI ,CD processes and tools. • Experienced in managing or delivering extensive and loosely coupled integration patters . • Subject matter expert and advisor in regards to service design, analysis /process design, technical implementation when applied to REST,SOAP,ODATA, API, ESB,ETL or Streaming technologies • Experience in maintaining and manage the DTC Integration Systems application portfolio including Mule soft , API Gateways, ETL, etc. • Experience with design, development and deployment of Enterprise Integration Services to support our application portfolio • Experience with systems implementation and/or process transformation. • Provide effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience. • A “Project Management” mindset for working in a high paced “Design, Build, Test, Implement” environment. Conversant with DevOps model. • Strong understanding on managing/activating/validating of Integration patterns in retail and ecommerce domain. • Previous experience on project teams with a proven ability to work under time constraints while meeting critical milestones • Strong product knowledge (Mulesoft, API Gateway and other similar integration tools) • Must be a team player, must be able to work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment , up and down management and with peers from different backgrounds. • Strong IT skills – general computing and office software skills , networking knowledge , security, familiarity with mobile frameworks and web frameworks . • Some experience with cloud solutions , DevOps models , ITIL , project management .
