The Program Management Lead owns the daily management of the program and provides leadership to ensure that the solution will be delivered on time and will fulfill the needs of the global LS&Co business. He/she understands the global effects of system configuration decisions and provides insight and direction to the team leads. Project management processes include project communication (e.g. our status reporting), cross-project team collaboration, issue management and escalation procedure, project methodology (including deliverables), and change control. About the Job• ?Manage the overall project plan at the program level and coach sub-teams in the development of detailed project plans • ?Manage overall program plan and ensure visibility and tracking of program milestones and cross-program requirements • ? Organize regular team lead meetings to communicate progress, priorities, inter-dependencies, timelines, issues, and deliverables • ? Develop program level communication, including our status reporting • ? Development, management, and facilitation of team training and usage of project methodology and tools • ? Ensure escalation and resolution of essential program issues • ? Manage and contain project scope by using change control processes • ? Mange the quality review process at the completion of each phase • ? Monitor and manage the program resource plan and actual time against budget • ? Monitor and manage actual costs against budget • ? Management of project risks on an ongoing basis including the identification, analysis, and response to risks • ? Help develop risk mitigation and contingency strategies About You• ? Experience managing complex, interdependent, global ERP projects • ? Insight to determine which issues need to be escalated outside the project team • ? Leadership skills to provide priority for the teams using the established methodology • ? Ability to understand and articulate dependencies between program components • ? Ability to lead and coach a team • ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to move forward with incomplete information • ? Strong project management skills and experience with various project management tools • ? Understanding of the broad business and global implications of strategic program decisions • ? Ability to work in diversified teams and guide and motivate project team members • ? Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task • ? Ability to make difficult, complex decisions under significant time pressure • ?
