JOB DESCRIPTION LS&Co. is embarking on the journey of simplifying the IT landscape and implement next generation business processes and systems to enable and fuel growth by consolidating multiple SAP ECC instances into a single global instance of S4 HANA. This is a highly visible role, responsible for managing and delivering data, reporting and Master data management tracks within the program. In addition to managing the basics of scope, schedule and resources, the successful candidate will also be responsible for budget management, project estimation, resource tracking, issues and risk management, and SDLC compliance. This individual must be adept at managing project sponsors while balancing costs, risks and benefits to achieve optimal short and long-term business goals; additionally, the successful candidate will possess the demonstrated ability to build consensus together with exceptional communication and consulting skills. Responsibilities: • Lead project implementation teams to deliver high quality solutions while promoting a collaborative environment across IT, Business, and implementation partners • Manage all phases of a project implementation, including: solution blueprinting, design, development, testing, user acceptance, deployment and handover to Support • Manage multiple projects/tracks at any given time and self prioritize • Maintain project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports. • Provide effective monitoring and controlling during the lifecycle of projects. Where appropriate, initiate and control escalation within the relevant organization to resolve project issues or mitigate risk. • Effectively Communicate progress to project stakeholders including Executives, conduct periodic steering committee meetings and provide timely status updates. • Achieve project and business objectives for budget, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction by monitoring, correcting, forecasting the estimate to completion and reporting on project progress. • Be the single point of contact to the customer for the delivery of services. • SAFe program design including process documentation and metrics • Experience with PI planning, ART creation and execution, and I&A workshops • Coaching teams in SAFe, Agile and Kanban methodologies Requirements: • Minimum 10+ years of experience Project Manager responsible for implementing enterprise software solutions with a thorough understanding of the industry standard SDLC process and experience implementing complex software solutions. • 5+ years of project managing experience in the areas of Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics. • 3-5 years of experience using various project management methodologies including SAFe, Agile SCRUM, and Kanban with the ability to tailor approaches for project success. • Experience in Retail, CPG industry is a big plus • Strong organization skills with exceptional project management tracking and reporting skills • The ability to manage complex work activities across multiple work streams and teams in a dynamic and fast paced work environment. • Experience in managing project budgets including estimating vendor accruals, capitalized vs. operational expenses, estimates to complete and variance analysis • Experience in successfully managing cross functional teams of >20 • Self-motivated with a strong leadership presence. • The ability to quickly build credibility and trust with both team members and senior management • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills. • The ability to lead by influence and impact business decisions/processes through effective networking. • The ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines Educational Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline/experience.
