About the Job You will provide specialized support and optimization strategy to Supply Management and Product Development leads, increase growth for the brand and build scenarios of volume to achieve results and decisions You will focus on analyzing Global and Local Placement for all brands Levi's, Dockers, Signature and Denizen, Tops and Bottoms. • Manage pre-season global placement • Provide PLM placement support to Pre-Season team and Product Development team to assist with source configuration/placement loading • Perform data checks to ensure complete and error-free placement before in-season planning handoff • Provide forecast roll ups to assist placement analysis and optimization • Preps carryover placement template to assist teams to allocate vendor % from previous season for carryover product • Provide post-placement milestone meeting analysis including: volume comparisons to LS and LY, brand volume overviews by country/region/vendor, seasonal cross source analysis, capacity vs placement volume, volume tracking through forecast cycle • Analyze placement for optimization at Product PC9 Level, COGS, Supplier Capability and Risk and Fabric rationalization placement optimization analysis • Create and deploy regular dashboards and adhoc reports • Partner with Global Supply Management to determine best way to asses and analyze costing information to better inform future placements • Maintain department managed tools, develop training on tools, project manage placement and process. • Track and report key Pre-Season & Placement KPIs About You• Bachelor's Degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in operations, planning, production, supply chain, logistics, (or equivalent work experience) • Ability to take on and lead projects • Experience with Excel (pivots, vlookups,macros), PLM, and open to learning new systems • Enjoy working with large data sets • Strong communicator and partner with teams • Able to use rigor and logic to solve problems with effective solutions We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
