As a Senior Analyst, Global DTC Omni Channel, you will play a key role in enabling the delivery of that consumer experience across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels globally (owned and operated and franchise). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global DTC Omni Channel, you will be focused on the support, execution and analysis of complex Omni Channel initiatives that span functions and geographies. In this role, you will work in tight collaboration with Store Operations, Analytics, IT and Product management partners as a means of optimizing Omni Channel projects from inception to delivery. Key Responsibilities/Tasks: The Senior Analyst will support and own components of a variety of initiatives within the Global DTC LS&Co Omni Channel roadmap. The ideal candidate will be able to: • Support multiple initiatives and priorities across a diverse set of stakeholders, and thrive in a project-based environment • Conduct financial analysis, with the ability to understand how a solution or change can impact a P&L • Drive project execution by working with cross functional teams, vendors, and partners towards operational success • Understand store operations, and identify how projects and decisions will serve to improve the store experience for both consumers and Levi’s own store staff • Develop a deep understanding of the processes and systems at LS&Co. and work with stakeholders to develop creative solutions to challenging Omni Channel questions • Oscillate between diving into the details and surfacing the big picture learnings to establish credibility and ultimately influence key stakeholders for buy-in • Communication and build strong cross-functional relationships, understand incentives, and ensure alignment in a matrixed organization • Present progress, success metrics, learnings, roadblocks, and plans to stakeholders and leadership • Maintain an awareness of emergent Omni Channel technologies • Demonstrate high work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion; a “roll up the sleeves” attitude towards tackling a challenge Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage roadmaps, timelines, work streams and performance analysis for select Omni Channel programs • Own reporting and in-depth performance analyses in conjunction with regional and Global partners • Drive marketing and operational analysis, evaluating cross-channel impact of initiatives and projects • Help define and conduct UAT testing • Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks, calculate ROI, track metrics and progress, closely analyzing qualitative and quantitative data • Lead and influence cross-functional processes/projects while representing the Global DTC business and understanding the end-to-end impacts of solutions and ideas • Report milestones and escalate issues when necessary Desired Skills and Experience • BA or BS Required • 5+ years’ experience, preferably within retail, ecommerce or consulting industries • High analytical and financial skills with the ability to synthesize complex data • Strong understanding of retail concepts and retail finance • Problem solving and follow-through skills, acute attention to detail, and highly organized • Ability to work independently and complete projects within required timeframes • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
