About the Job LS&Co. is looking for a Global Pricing Manager who will become a member of the Global Pricing Center of Excellence team. This team sits within Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management (MPIM). You will develop strategic pricing programs that lead to increased revenue and margin across our assortment. You will need to identify pricing opportunities, conduct advanced analytics to support pricing decisions, form pricing logic using multiple methods (internal data, external data) and create regional and global pricing programs, including the development of a pricing architecture and global pricing database. You will report to the Director, MPIM Strategy. • Lead identification, design, test and recommendation of global pricing strategies • Lead detailed quantitative analysis to support identifying and vetting new price and promotional opportunities • Lead the rollout and ongoing operations for pricing strategies, including developing new tools to support the pricing function • Recommend, implement, and track effect of pricing strategies and programs • Guide the creation of a new global pricing database • Challenge pricing approaches based on competitor research and industry knowledge • Collaborate with a range of company partners to make recommendations and obtain support on programs • Develop economic models to project financial impact • Develop best practices and benchmarking for pricing About You• BS/BA degree; MBA preferred • 3-5 years of experience, including 1-2 years experience in pricing; experience at a top-tier management consulting firm a plus • Experience with economic modeling and pricing and revenue optimization • Make thoughtful, applicable recommendations • Can quickly build buy in with partners • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Work in diverse teams • Strong communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint with the ability to craft presentations of important messages and storyline developed from analytical work • Apparel industry experience a plus We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
