We're looking for a Digital Producer to work with our Ecommerce Pricing & Promotions team to lead the promotion planning process. You'll sit at the center of this department and will oversee the pricing and promotions activity across our ecommerce platforms. You will work with and report directly to the Senior Manager, Ecommerce Pricing & Promotions. This role is based in our San Francisco headquarters. About the Job: • Create detailed implementation schedules for projects and validate/communicate to project teams. • Coordinate project deliverables and collaborate with team members from other departments such as marketing, site merchandising, design, photo studio, content engineering, product management, and IT • Use content publishing systems to modify content to our sites globally • Ensure projects are launched on time and meet initial project requirements, keeping teams and management notified of progress and any potential deviations from project schedules (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.) • Arrange the review and final approval of content; document feedback and manage any changes • Lead production owned meetings; record and communicate action items and manage resources to ensure successful completion of projects • Be first point of contact for when content/product and tool issues occur. Partner with appropriate teams to resolve all issues and communicate updates to the teams and management • Document, maintain, and communicate content delivery schedule • Assist manager to assess all processes and look for areas of improvement in work flows • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine promotion effectiveness and propose recommendations for future action About You: • BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. • 1-3 years of detailed task planning and execution experience • 1-3 years of related online experience with a preference for ecommerce • Demonstrated understanding of digital production and release processes, including direct experience with digital tools and technologies. • Proven project management skills • Excellent oral / written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well independently and within a multi-functional team Additional Qualifications: • Intermediate to expert competency working with Microsoft Excel • Experienced user of Hybris, Endeca, Solr or similar web publishing tools • Experienced user of JIRA/Confluence We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
