Manager - Technical Development is responsible for all aspects of software development and Technical design for ERP systems transformation and will partner with important business leaders to establish the strategic technical direction for all SAP Technical platform and will own the development, integration, optimization, governance to avoid customization and enable standard extension. Guide new innovations and process excellence and ensure that we are able to achieve innovation in the S/4HANA Fashion and SAP Cloud Platform. Accountable for the quality of the development, ensuring the work is on schedule and that the development objects are optimal and meet business requirements. Additionally, the manager establishes, maintains and ensures adherence to development standards and procedures. EDUCATION & SKILLS: EDUCATION:
⏵ Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience. SKILLS:
⏵ Strong SAP business suite product knowledge (ECC,S4 HANA,SCP, etc.)
⏵ Open to work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment , up and down management and with peers from different backgrounds.
⏵ Strong IT skills – general computing and office software skills , networking knowledge , security, familiarity with mobile frameworks and web frameworks .

⏵ Management of 15 – 25 external consultants.
⏵ Work activities and distribution.
⏵ 25% – Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day team activities
⏵ 50% – Strategic Project & Program Management: Lead major activities related to SAP projects, as well as, significant business impact enhancements.
⏵ 15% – Business Relationship Management: Partner with key Executive and Director level leaders.
⏵ 10% – Incident and Request escalation. The position must utilize a broad business and IT perspective and partner with multiple areas of the organization, including:
⏵ Functional managers on the ERP Transformation team.
⏵ Stakeholders throughout the company.
⏵ External consultants.
⏵ 10+ years of SAP Technical experience with at least 4 full cycle SAP implementations and 1 full life cycle experience of S4 HANA and SAP Cloud platform.
⏵ Previous experience in a SAP AFS or FMS or IS Retail or S/4 Fashion environment.
⏵ At least 1 or 2 full cycle experience of ERP Transformations programs enabling microservices and API based architecture
⏵ Experience in establishing agile development models, processes, governance and documenting SAP development standards and enable CI ,CD processes and tools.
⏵ Experienced in managing or delivering WRICEF (workflow, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and extensions) objects.
⏵ Experience on Fiori, UI5, SAP Screen Personas concepts. Experience of creating OData, REST, SOAP services is required.
⏵ Experience with systems implementation and process transformation.
⏵ Provide effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members developing their skills and experience.
⏵ A “Project Management” mindset for working in a high paced “Design, Build, Test, Implement” environment. Conversant with DevOps model.
⏵ Experience on managing/activating/validating metering of SAP Services on cloud.
⏵ Experience with Dev ops tools and technologies on SAP.
⏵ Previous experience on project teams with a proven ability to work under time constraints while meeting essential milestones
