The HRIS Analyst Plans and directs the implementation and ongoing administration of Workday Talent Management applications to support short and long term Human Resources goals. This position is directly accountable for the successful delivery of Workday projects for a given functional area globally. This position is also responsible for the mapping Workday business requirements, business process design and integrated systems including technical requirements, documentation and change management alignment. • Be the lead techno-functional resource on Workday Talent Management implementation • Responsible for the analysis, design, scheduling, construction and delivery of the Workday solution. • Responsible for managing all stages of the project for talent area, from requirements definition gathering to project planning, testing and implementation • Monitor progress of tasks against plan, and reports status to leadership on project issues • Identify and manage the risks associated with programs to achieve success. • Contribute to knowledge management capital through activities such as sharing documented lessons learned, Q&A and documented deliverables. Ensure relevant documentation is kept up to date. • Ensure prompt triage and issue resolution of reported WD issues in the Talent space • Primary liaison for global business services for Talent Management for Workday escalations, change management and continuous process improvements. • Manage upgrades/newly defined, functional & regional configurations (in consultation with core WD team) • Provide an interface between HR client groups and the Workday team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementations • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR COEs, HRBPs and other stakeholders. Communicate client group feedback to leadership as appropriate. • Monitor and manage work and workload of team members, providing feedback or requesting additional resource support, as appropriate. • Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to other team members Work Experience • Have Workday Talent Management experience. • 2 - 3 years relevant configuration experience within the Workday Talent space. • Demonstrated experience configuring, implementing and/or maintaining Workday systems. • Experience implementing processes and providing support for core HR solutions in large-scale environments. • Experience designing processes for core HCM technology such as Workday. • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Powerpoint Excel, Word and Outlook. • Successful record of building and improving operational procedures, ability to guide program efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. • Has program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments. • Comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment. • Partner with with all levels of the organization, specific strength working with decision makers and managing expectations. • Strategic view with ability to perform cost benefit analyses, accurately assess risk, forecast both long and short-term outcomes, and evaluate the effects in a complex business environment.
