Based in our European headquarter in Diegem, Belgium we are currently looking for a Global Program Manager who will drive project management for Global Order to Cash (Customer Service & Collections) by delivering capabilities and solutions for the business including cross departmental collaboration. In this role you will: • lead execution of strategic initiatives that will drive results within OTC organization globally • manage teams for delivering results with agreed execution milestones. • oversee the quality governance of key OTC activities ensuring on time and accurate execution with OTC Leads collaboration. • support the continuous improvement projects and initiatives targeted in driving OTC capabilities • drive operational excellence in execution of related OTC accountabilities regionally in support of company commercial and financial goals. Responsibilities: • Project Leadership and Support by providing priority direction and leadership to people who are assigned to various OTC initiatives and projects, including scheduling, assignment of work and review of project efforts • Supporting the documentation, review, and approval of the project business case as required • Monitoring project milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of project schedule. • Ensure processes and measurements are in place to support the necessary enhancement to elevated customer experience. • Identifying and analyzing business problems and define the scope of activities required to address the issues, • Developing and maintaining strong relationship with business partners and internal/external team members. • Coordinating and providing support to the business with the process implementation. • Collaborating with Regional OTC Leadership to ensure consistency and efficiency in best practice leveraged across the regions • Vendor governance and collaboration, following-up on performance concerns when needed • Identifying and partnering for opportunities for Global alignment/leverage Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience • 2-5 years’ experience with process measures (KPI’s, matrices etc) • 2-5 years’ experience with SAP or similar system • 2+ years experience in program management. • Experience in managing direct reports and large groups of indirect reports (project teams) • Customer support experience and interest in enhancing customer experience • Experience in resolving problems, balancing commercial needs with operational excellence • Strong analytical skills • Knowledge of program and project management principles • Ability to gather multiple sources of data and input, summarize and draw conclusions for leadership to take program based decisions and actions • Experience in working with all levels of the business to communicate program and project progress and results. • Experience in providing strategic documents and presentations to business partners. • Fluent English, any additional European language is a plus • Affinity with the brands and our values Travel 10-20% What we offer: • An opportunity to build a career with a world-renowned, historic fashion brand that lives by its values • A chance to drive real change in an organization undergoing significant growth and transformation • A diverse, international environment of smart, inspiring people • A fun, creative, modern casual dress culture LOCATIONZaventem, BelgiumFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
