We're looking for a Manager to join our Levi’s® Global Consumer Marketing team. You'll drive the development of 360 global marketing campaigns from strategic brief through creative concept and production to content release. You will lead these efforts through a defined go to market process while leveraging relationships across the organization to ensure the success of the work. Your cross-functional partners will include Global/Regional Marketing, Global/Regional Merchandising, Marketplace Insights, Project Management and Operations, Internal Creative Studio, and external creative agencies. About the Job• Lead the development of creative briefs to address defined business needs for strategic direction, content or other means of marketing support. Collaborate with your cross-functional partners to gather information, requirements and considerations to draw insights that ensure brief alignment, accuracy and overall strength. • Partner with creative teams to lead the development of compelling content. Provide clear, objective feedback and support throughout the process to keep stakeholders aligned and informed. • Participate in creative production, attending shoots to oversee content creation. • Coordinate the rollout and regional adoption of global marketing programs via the oversight of comprehensive toolkits. Post toolkit release, you will provide support to regions as they adapt your programs in their markets. • Partner with regional marketing teams to stay connected, build relationships and provide updates on your projects. Maintain team calendars and tools for regional transparency to global activity. • Manage your portions of the global marketing budget and track spend to maintain regular forecast accuracy. • Keep an eye on the global industry, competitors and market news/trends. • You will be required to have an intimate understanding of our consumer demand landscape, and the nuanced behaviors and needs across the globe. You'll partner with the • Consumer Insights team as needed to drive additional research projects to inform strategic approach for guiding new or updating existing initiatives. About You• Bachelor's degree in related field of study • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience (retail/apparel specific experience a plus) • Experience with crafting successful, channel optimized, consumer obsessed solutions for execution across a variety of marketing vehicles: traditional, digital, in store, social, experiential, etc. • Content creation/production experience a plus • Experience managing vendors, external agency partners a plus • Collaborative, communicative, personable and skilled at the art of influencing, negotiating and working through complex situations to reach to resolution • Open to occasional travel, both domestic and international We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
