We are looking for a creative and goal-oriented Associate Manager to join our Wholesale Ecommerce team. You'll be responsible for driving an optimized site experience for LS&Co. on Walmart.com and Target.com. You'll also help build a seamless customer journey to product and a clear, cohesive point of sale experience. About the Job• Manage and audit all aspects of product listings on Walmart and Target’s ecommerce sites including; imagery, alternative content, product descriptions, WebCollage, reviews, and all other item specifications • Monitor the competitive landscape, contributing to innovative ideas for our Product Detail Pages and Product Listing Pages • Monitor KPIs to build and implement strategies to improve overall performance • Manage all day-to-day responsibilities for the Walmart.com and Target.com, working closely with our cross-functional teams to monitor and optimize product listings, data feeds and search results • Optimize new item setup to drive efficiencies against a seamless customer shopping experience • Build comprehensive content improvement plans • Operate effectively and independently, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity About You• Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of experience in a relevant role, Ecommerce, digital merchandising or buying preferred • Digital marketplace experience in relevant large marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, eBay) • Basic knowledge of SEO preferred • Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze data to support business decisions • Strong execution skills and ability to “drive” throughout the product life cycle, from concept to launch • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments, external providers and remote teams, and influence those partners to achieve desired outcomes We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
