About the Job• Design and build Concepts/Capsules each season in partnership with the Director. • Market research competitive shopping, internet research, new trend research • CADS - line sheets, stats, flat sketches, artwork/layouts, trims • Communicate and collaborate with cross functional partners • Design & Present seasonal concept cads to senior management • Trim development - print, embroidery, patches, tapes, etc.. • Partner w/Print Team and develop any seasonal Concept prints • Close collaboration w/merchandising partners for design, color, cost, market adoption and post market adds/drops. • Close partnership w/PD making sure all Tech Packs are accurate. • Attend fittings to help maintain design aesthetic and fit. About You• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred • 2 – 4 years of Design experience • Strong Creative Suite knowledge • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Reader, PowerPoint • Experience in PLM • Solid understanding of design process • Solid flat sketching skills • Good design and color sense • Ability to think three-dimensionally and to visualize from swatch to body • Solid understanding of product construction (e.g., finishes, fabrics, hardware, stitches, safety requirements, etc.) • Knowledge of fit model and standard measurements • Demonstrated time management and communication skills We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
