In HR, our People Analytics Team is helping our business and HR leaders make data-informed decisions about our workforce. We leverage our knowledge of labor, apparel, and retail to work with global and local teams to drive probabilistic decision-making. We are coordinating globally to create source-of-truth dashboards for all HR metrics, conducting analyses and building predictive models to help answer critical business-centric questions. Responsibilities: • Perform deep-dive analyses to answer complex questions and deliver insights on the root causes of issues and make recommendations on strategic changes to be made to existing workforce • Leverage statistics to analyze populations, uncover opportunities, and run experiments to increase productivity, efficiency, and engagement • Build predictive models utilizing regression modeling and other statistical concepts to predict attrition, the impact of engagement on business outcomes, and assess quality of hire • Applies a consultative approach to engaging with HR teams seeking people analytics support – scoping work, designing prototypes, validating output and delivering sustainable reporting solutions • Combing HR metrics (organizational makeup, performance, learning and development, engagement, talent acquisition, performance, and service delivery data) with business metrics to build a labor-focused dashboard • Use visualizations to present data and findings in succinct, creative, and narrative-driven ways, to an executive audience • Combine various data sources, including both qualitative and quantitative data, to make comprehensive recommendations • Balance priorities, stakeholders, resources, and quality to deliver fit-for-purpose work product • Enable HRBPs and leaders across numerous functions and regions, including Retail, Distribution, Planning, eCommerce, and Strategy by conducting project-based analyses. • Develop an understanding of the relevant business and data entry processes across key HR functions: Talent Management, Total Rewards & Business Partnering Minimum Qualification: • 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, consultant, or similar role with 1+ years of experience with HRIS such as Workday or PeopleSoft • Experience building People Analytics from scratch in a global, highly complex organization • 1+ years working in HR • Bachelor’s Degree • Experience in BI reporting tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc. as well as Excel • Willingness to shift from high-level to low-level thinking, influencing stakeholders and process at all levels • Understanding statistics including regression modeling and correlation Preferred Qualifications: • BS or BA in technical field, M.B.A. • Strong communication and presentation with experience presenting to leadership • Enthusiasm for leveraging data to draw conclusions and assist decision-making • 3+ years experience with HRIS • 2+ years working in HR Analytics in a retail and/or apparel company • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy especially in time of high-pressure • Interested in organizational behavior and what motivates people • Low-ego and willingness to roll-up sleeves and help support all levels of the organization in a variety of different systems We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
