The mandate of the Global Retail Capabilities team is to improve the operations and profitability of our retail stores. Our focus is on technology and tools that empower our store associates. We work directly with senior leadership to develop strategies and lead cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, finance and IT on delivery. The group is on the vanguard of change for our retail stores and is pivotal to ensuring growth in LS&Co’s retail channel. The position is a key member of the global RFID program. They will support the retail RFID program by: maintaining metric dashboards, evaluating and testing RFID applications, defining and testing business processes, coordinating with cross-functional partners on key activities, preforming ad-hoc analysis and tracking adoption of the RFID capabilities. This role is the global analyst in terms of RFID and interfaces with global partners to bridge data with facts on the ground. Key Responsibilities / Tasks The Analyst will perform the following functions: o Develop and maintain dashboards for global communication o Coordinate RFID activities with cross-functional groups o Track progress of global rollout of stores and analyze results o Reconcile data with field teams to qualify analysis o Analyze financial benefits with respect to RFID o Leverage data to identify opportunities and drive process change o Lead in-store testing and use of RFID • Develop and master inventory processes with respect to RFID • Track the adoption of RFID capability globally • Financial and business case development and analysis. Desired Skills & Qualifications o BS/BA o Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in: Retail Operations, Consulting or Equivalent Experience o Specialized knowledge of RFID, Inventory Management and Store Operations o Experience analyzing data using Excel, VBA experience a plus o PowerPoint experience o Financial acumen o Relentlessly resourceful and able to drive deliverables autonomously o Ability to clearly explain complex issues to a range of audiences We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
