The Sr. Data & Analytics Technical Product Manager will work with business to develop a deep understanding of the core Supply Chain, Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management business processes and act as data expert within IT. The individual will collaborate and work very closely with Data and Reporting solution architect and delivery team members in designing robust and scalable BI and Analytics solution to empower data insights and meet the decision-making needs of the Supply Chain function. You will be a bridge between the business community and technical team members. Responsibilities: • Serves as a technology expert in the area of Data and Analytics for Supply Chain business functions and advise business partners accordingly • Develop a strong understanding of the entire Supply Chain business processes and gain working knowledge of applications supporting those processes • Plan and prioritize the delivery roadmap • Analyze data and reporting business requirements, explore and evaluate various options, develop prototype using reporting and dashboard tools upfront in the project life cycle thereby validating the requirements, eliminating ambiguity and providing early visibility to business on the final solution. • Profile source system data to develop strong understanding of the data relationships, cardinality and quality of the data thereby helping in determining if the data can meet the high level goals of information and reporting needs as well as plan functional and test cycles • Collaborate and partner with business users to develop use cases for functional and User acceptance testing • Translate the requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix. • Assist business team in developing test cases and provide necessary subject matter support during integration testing cycle. • Conduct User Acceptance testing, train super users and power users on usage of the tool and the solution and gather user approval • Provide end-user support as called upon by the Production Support Team • Manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity through change management and re prioritization • Assist the Project Manager/Scrum Master in identifying and managing project issues, risks, and scope creep. • Required Qualifications: • 12-15 years working in Information Technology with a understanding of SDLC methodology • 8-10 years of direct experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions. • 5 plus years of experience in Data and Analytics Product Management role • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT BI Business analyst role with strong hands on experience in developing complex semantic layer, reports and dashboards with one or more BI tools and experience with SAP BI and Tableau is a significant plus. • Solid understanding of Data Warehouse methodology and dimensional modeling • Strong understanding of business processes and prior experience of implementing BI Solutions for Order to Cash, Supply Chain & Planning functions • Exposure to SAP ECC, APO as transnational sources is significant plus • Documenting use cases, requirements and functional specifications. Experience in Agile BI is a plus • Quickly translate requirements to prototype and get business support Educational Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline/experience.
