Position Description In this role as the Reporting & Consolidation Manager, you are an essential member of the Global FP&A Team responsible for consolidation of total company financial results and managing internal reports and reporting requirements. You will ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across all financial platforms during the month-end close, forecast, and budget processes. You will closely partner with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Regional (worldwide) and Corporate Finance teams, Supply Chain, BI/IT teams and others to ensure timely submission, consolidation and preparation of accurate financial information to support internal analysis and external reporting. You have excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills, a solid understanding of GAAP coupled with expertise in financial systems management, and the ability to work independently in the complex environment of a global company. Responsibilities • Own the consolidation process of global financial data in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Maintain data integrity of information being collected and uploaded in Hyperion applications • Support month-end close, quarterly forecast and annual operating budget processes by coordinating the timeline for all regional and corporate business unit data submissions and loading of financial data into Essbase • Be an essential contact point related to the monthly/quarterly consolidation process providing resolution of issues working with global and corporate business partners • Manage approval of new profit and cost centers. Develop an understanding of Essbase structure, reporting attributes, and relationship with other financial platforms • Partner with IT team on changes to the existing structure and ensure alignment with external and internal reporting requirements • Provide guidance for better understanding of intercompany relationships, help resolve of out of balance issues • Recommend and implement improvements to standardize and refine consolidation and reporting processes. Develop and maintain up-to-date process documentation (SOP) • Serve as the financial systems expert and ensure systems and process impacts are considered • Manage quarter end financial reporting to support the CFO and Investor Relations team in preparation for the earnings release. • Manage direct report(s) Skills & Qualifications • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance or related field and 5+ years of progressive experience • Understanding of GAAP and financial statements • Experience in audit/ Big 4 is a plus • Experience in Retail/Consumer Goods/Ecom industries is a plus • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Essbase, SAP is highly desirable • Advanced Excel user (VBA/macros is a plus) • Experience in financial systems management We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
