The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives and talent initiatives with employees and leaders for the broader Global Finance Team (Finance, Procurement and Global Business Services). This position will flex from strategic planning to day-to-day support of designated client groups. The HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates needs proactively to the business units and seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP has a “business and action oriented” mindset and maintains an effective level of communication across different levels of the organization. This position reports directly to the VP Global Enabling Functions. About the Job • Creates, drives, and executes strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and organization structure input to achieve business unit targets and milestones; integrated partner in the Talent Acquisition process from recruitment through onboarding; encourage building strength through diversity and inclusion • Provides partnership to the business unit to identify strategies to increase employee engagement through effective communication, policies, and practices. • Develop people strategies and drive a high performance culture through talent management, performance management, and leadership development (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) • Build team effectiveness by designing and delivering small scale, organizational interventions specific to the unique requirements of the business unit • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. • Informs COEs on business needs and deploys core HR initiatives (annual performance review, engagement, talent planning, etc.) to assigned client groups. • Advocates business needs with COEs; adapts core HR initiatives for relevant deployment in client groups • Develops an in-depth knowledge and understanding of core HR initiatives • Creates project plans that are business minded and ultimately drive to flawless execution About You: • Growth Mindset – Challenges oneself and the organization to be innovative and curios, seeking new solutions f the future needs of the organization. • Move Fast – Be agile and flexible. Has the EQ to building relationships, read different situations and provide guidance to your teams based on a variety of inputs • Collaboration – leads with a teamwork mentality, puts the success of the group/team above individual success • 7+ years’ experience in Human Resources, including global and matrix teams.
