The Senior Manager, Data Conversion and User Experience will manage the data conversion process and ensure the data migration activities from legacy data sources to the SAP S/4 Hana system solution are following defined methods and checkpoints. Manage activities with graphical UI design and user journeys. The result is a thoughtful and effective S/4 Hana user experience for data access and data processes. The UI/UX needs will evolve through the Business Transformation Journey and you will focus on blending the aspects of business process, people roles, and technology together for the end-to-end experience. The SAP S/4 Hana implementation is a multi-year global implementation journey that transforms LS&Co’s current ERP (Legacy & SAP ECC) landscape into a globally standardized SAP S/4 Hana platform. Over this journey, the role will enable more standards and less dependency on external service providers. About the Job: • Adopt and ensure standards and processes for data migration using ETL methods and tools • Standardize and simplify data definitions and content for master and transactional data • Provide defined data migration objects on time per defined project schedule • Develop and design a process ensuring all data is available for the UI/UX representation and principles that supports the business user journey. Data in the UX User Journey should allow access to the right data within a process at the right time to make the informed business decision • Ensure the data supports the user journey within roles and across functions • Coordinate and lead the data management team to ensure a successful data management delivery for data migration activities. • Coordinate with business teams on UI/UX data representation for user journey and potentially work with agencies on efficient design options. • Build strong relationships with other teams like Business, Functional, Development, Change Management, etc. • Delivery a scalable data management solution that supports an efficient and effective data migration process leverage ETL Tools. • The data migration solution will involve multiple systems from legacy systems, through ETL tools, to S/4 Hana, and Fashion. • Enable a User Journey UX/UI process within native S/4, Fiori, BW, and Digital Boardroom. About You: • 12+ years SAP experience • 10+ years Apparel Footwear / Retail industry experience • 3+ years business experience (sales, purchasing, finance business roles) • Multiple full life cycle SAP ERP implementation experience in leading roles • Extensive data conversion and cutover experience • Expert in SAP configuration and related screen design • Experience managing virtual, globally distributed teams • Extensive experience working in a multi-vendor environment • Experience working in a multi-cultural work environment • Efficient and effective communicator • Ability to create practical solutions to complex issues and problems We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
