We’re looking for ambitious DevOps Lead engineer, who will work collaboratively with engineering and development teams to build systems that is always reliable and available. Devops Lead will be responsible for automating and streamlining our operations and processes; building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring and operations and troubleshooting and resolving issues in our Dev, QA and Production environments. Key Responsibilities: • Manage our AWS Infrastructure, including EC2, Route 53, S3, CloudFront, Redshift, RDS, Elasticache, Data Pipelines, Kinesis, Elasticsearch, and many more. • Administer, monitor, and deploy systems and services on AWS and cloud platforms. • Design and develop reusable components and operational strategies in the cloud to support scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, etc. • Document and maintain installation, provisioning, security and configuration procedures • Evaluate existing processes & tools and implement changes for better efficiency. • Collaborate with the development teams in building out infrastructure and troubleshooting production issues • Collaborating with technical leads to integrate an end-to-end design that's well documented • Install new/rebuild existing (pods, containers, servers) and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements • Install, configure, and maintain Datacenter Services infrastructure, including but not limited to hardware, operating systems, platform management software, system backups, networking, load balancers, firewalls, messaging systems • Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies to scale Basic Qualifications • 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management, with 3+ years of experience as a technical leader. • Expert-level proficiency in cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. • Expert-level proficiency with container environments like Docker and Kubernetes. • Expert-level proficiency on AWS - EC2, ELB, Route53, AutoScaling, IAM, S3, RDS, Elastic cache • 5+ years of experience managing systems with configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible) • 5+ years of experience working in high traffic, fault tolerant, & highly available 24/7/365 environment • 5+ years of experience with Logging/Monitoring tools (Sumologic, DataDog, Kibana, NewRelic, Splunk, etc..) • 5+ years of experience scripting language (Bash/Python/Ruby/Perl/PHP) • 5+ years of experience creating continuous integration/deployment in AWS and cloud environments • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, and with tools like Jenkins, Travis, CircleCI. • Proficient in at least one scripting language like bash, Ruby or Python. • Proficiency in modern release-infrastructure tools like Puppet, Chef, Terraform. • Scripting skills with bash, Ruby or Python. • Collaborating with technical leads to integrate an end-to-end design that's well documented. • Good understanding of network topology. • Strong experience with build/release and deployment pipeline. • Strong background in Windows and Linux/Unix Administration. • Experience with security audits.?? • Ability to help lead a group of DevOps engineers to support the business key deliverables We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
