As the Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Business Systems, you are responsible for providing technical solutions by working with IT partners that meet the evolving business needs of the supply planning function. You will collaborate with inventory management and supply planning business stakeholders to identify business requirements, scope, design and implement system enhancements, streamline, automate and simplify the processes and educate employees on the effective use of the technologies and processes necessary for the business to operate efficiently. You also oversee supply chain related master data and work with functional and technical partners to analyze, setup, implement and enforce data policies that span multiple departments and functions to improve the quality and timeliness of data. You will be accountable for driving process improvements across functions and systems with training and change management as needed to ensure streamlined end-to-end planning. You will play a key leadership role on the Business Process & Engineering team. Within the BPE team, we enable systems, solutions and insights that help build the foundation of supply chain, facilitate better business decision making and creates a more productive team. Responsibilities: • Define system and technical architecture governance with stakeholders by identifying what works, what we do not have, recommend new initiatives based on current business gaps. Be able to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and intelligent platform solutions, evaluate technology, and promoting better use of solutions and best practices throughout the organization. Be a trusted advisor. • Provide strategic leadership related to the evaluation, planning and deployment of technology tools and systems that optimize global supply chain planning and operational excellence by working with senior business management to align and understand business strategies, and assess and establish priorities on initiatives • Track progress and key metrics, understand dependencies, and communicate status to upper management and project partners for all major projects. • Balance team expectations, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work as a project evolves. • Leverage change and release management process to ensure all platform updates and upgrades are thoroughly tested, signed-off prior to go-live and ensure smooth transition from construction to operations. • Provide the long-term strategy and roadmap to support the GSM business to scale with information by driving the software development lifecycle, including master data management. • Be the 'go-to' expert for technical guidance and architectural recommendations regarding designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining highly-available, scalable, and secure applications • Effectively set timelines and manage cross-functional project teams to deadlines through the proactive management of blockers, scope, shifting priorities, and other risks. • Identify, select, and implement best practices to gather, document, streamline, and improve our current business systems & processes for the supply planning department; • Monitor and maintain accurate master data and support inventory planning, global constraint production planning and global raw material planning. • Collaborates with cross functional departments (merchandising team, merchandising planning team, product development team, SSM team, etc) to ensure master data are flowing into system accurately and timely and help teams understand how master data impacts planning. • Drive system improvements and master data best practice to support supply planning and inventory management optimization and serve as liaison between business and IT to understand key issues and resolve paint points in planning. • Work with global and regional partners and cross-functional teams to build supply chain data dictionary and develop standard process procedures • Anticipate problems, identify root causes, and create process for proactively preventing issues from occurring • Create, run and present metrics representing the Governance processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, information system or equivalent work experience; MS or MBA preferred • Minimum 5 years supply chain related experience responsible for critical system and business process for a retail/apparel organization. SAP APO planning or other advanced planning engine experience preferred • Proven project management experience leading technical projects end to end • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives • Experience in defining and managing all phases of system implementation roadmap • Minimum 3 years in one or more of the following fields: Master Data Management, Information Management, System Administration, Corporate IT, Data Governance • Superb interpersonal skills with ability to clearly articulate to users and management including the ability to communicate technical information to “non-technical” users • Excellent analytical skills combined with business systems acumen • Capable of assessing and analyzing data in the context of the supply chain – understand the business behind the numbers • Experience working in a position that requires the manipulation of large amounts of data using various spreadsheet or similar applications • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing business requirements and make decisions with limited information • Demonstrated ability and curiosity in working with new technologies We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
