We are looking for a Site Merchandiser Intern to join our eCommerce Team for our European Headquarter, based in Brussels. In this dynamic internship role, you will be thoughtful, high-energy, self-starter, with strong business acumen, acute analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve complex problems. A team player that requires ability to effectively work with others across the organization including: marketing, site operations, photo and assets team, product teams, allocation and planning. The site merchandising function exists to co-ordinate the web strategy for Levi.com and Dockers.com. Driving conversion rates and ensuring the sites are trading to meet targets are our main objectives. Using web data analytics, merchandising tools, UX testing and brand and commercial knowledge, we build strategies that connect the customer facing site experience, with our commercial targets. About the Job• Support the day to day trading of Levi.com and Dockers.com • Run and analyse reports daily using excel and Omniture, sharing this information in easily understandable ways to influence site strategy • Own operational excellence in the product go live process by maintaining an incredibly organising product management system • Help to update product and category pushes on site • Support site merch team with promotional calendar updates • Work with marketing and email teams to prepare for upcoming launches and emails checking stock levels and relevant product information • Support site operations and photo assets team in ensuring all product information is supplied • Complete regular ‘site sweeps’ to have constant eyes on the site ensuring accuracy at all stages About You• You have a degree(or still studying) business, management, eCommerce or any related studies. • You like to analyse data and find creative solutions to problems • You are organised and you have an eye for detail • Proficient with of MS Office (particularly Excel), comfortable learning new software tools and mining internal and external data • You like working in a fast-pace environment • You are a team player and you like collaborate with different partners • Additional plus to have experience working with online metrics tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics What we offer: • Great work experience in an international, energetic and fun environment • Great opportunity to work for the world’s number one denim brand • Great chance to learn and develop in this highly agile role • Great compensation package Start date: Sept for min 6 months LOCATIONZaventem, BelgiumFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
