About the Job• Receive the unconstrained supply request from the Regional CIM teams, then constrains the plan (based on constraints such as lead times, minimums, capacity, fabric, etc.) and returns a confirmed constrained plan back to the Regional CIM team. • Evaluate and addresses planned supply and resource constraints to deliver the need of the regional markets (e.g. negotiate capacities with SSM/Vendors, Cross-source PC9's from one vendor to another, pre-build and postponement strategies, fabric-garment decoupling strategies, etc...) • Design and establish appropriate levels of resource constraint management processes and policies in collaboration with SSM/Vendors (e.g. monthly vs. weekly, X-factory vs. Cut, Sub-constraints such as fabric constraints, lead-time, minimums, etc…) • Work establishes the Available To Promise (ATP) and Capable To Promise (CTP) communications throughout the organization (part of OFIM project being kicked off) • Evaluate and manage mid-cycle off cycle request (OCRA) and Late Add product inquiries from CIM and Merchandise teams About You• Degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in Product Allocation or Production Planning • Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) • Experience with SAP APO • Demand Aggregation • Bottoms up forecasting • Problem solver and quickly move through complex processes Perks We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
