We are looking for a Wholesale Allocation Analyst - South to join our team Planning & Allocation in Brussels. You'll be reporting to the Merchandise Planning Manager. About the Job You will be a trusted member of the Wholesale Merchandise Planning team to support brand/category E2E vision. You will execute product initial allocations to the store level and managing in season replenishment according to store needs and stock capacities. You will be part of a team of 4 Planners and 2 Allocators and will work closely with Sales partners and Inventory Management/Order management partners to improve Sell-out opportunities and minimize risk on inventories in store and across Distribution Centers. • Translate seasonal buy plan into orders to stores • Update weekly allocation parameters to optimize store/door sell through through automated replenishment system • Apply specific parameters for stock build up for upcoming peak periods/lower trading periods in alignment with in season trading strategy • Analyze the order files and ensure maximized on time and complete order conversion (pre-shipments, force allocation etc.) in line with store capacities • Review orders blocked for exceptions (system rejections, delivery blocks, credit blocks, back orders.), take actions to maximize conversion • Analyze outcome of replenishment orders to ensure shipments to store and minimize workload in store/business impact in case of IT issues generating incorrect orders • Build store opening orders for new stores • Report analysis of orders and fill rate; provide ad hoc reporting needs • Visit Wholesale stores and Customers to gather market intelligence and reflect key take outs in replenishment strategy About You• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Retail Management and Business Administration • 1 or more years in a corporate environment required; apparel industry preferred. Stock Management experience preferred. • Technical proficiency with computer software tools • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) • You are comfortable with analysis big amount of data and find creative solutions to problems • You are comfortable communicating with partners and consumers on marketplace information • You like having different projects simultaneously • You have an eye for details • English and Spanish fluent, written and spoken, Italian is a plus • Interpersonal skills with focus on collaborative teamwork and team player Travel: ~5-10% What we offer• A great opportunity to work for the world’s number one denim brand • A diverse, international environment of smart, inspiring people • A fun, creative, modern casual dress culture • Competitive salary package LOCATIONZaventem, BelgiumFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
