The mandate of the Global Retail Capabilities team is to improve the operations and profitability of our retail stores. Our focus is on technology and tools that empower our store associates. We work directly with senior leadership to develop strategies and lead cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, finance and IT on delivery. The group is on the vanguard of change for our retail stores and is pivotal to ensuring growth in LS&Co’s retail channel. The position is a key member of the global RFID expansion and enhancement team under the Direct to Consumer (DTC) org. They will be supporting different regions in RFID expansion by maintain dashboards, creating test use cases for business, co-ordinate go-live cross functionally and globally. This role will also support ad-hoc analysis for the broader Retail Productivity group and help the team strategize the RFID enhancement through data analytics. Many of the enhancement initiatives are very innovative and more like a Proof of Concept, therefore this role will challenge you with lot of ambiguity. A successful candidate for this role would be comfortable performing detailed analysis, building relationships cross functionally, program/project manage from ideation to execution. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Gathering data and performing sophisticated data analytics • Ability to drive business decision based on analytical findings • Proficiency in SQL and EXCEL to access and transform data into insights • Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business drivers, goals, and actionable outcomes using analytics. • Demonstrate ability to break down complex business problems into smaller components and then use data to brings insights into these smaller pieces • Two or more years of professional experience in Retail or eCommerce or Store/warehouse operations in a data driven environment • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. • Ability to lead global meetings • Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills and good business acumen • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks. • A proven ability to work under pressure • Willingness to travel, if required We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
