In this role as the Procurement Analyst, you'll work within a strong sourcing team and will be responsible for the following: • Transform the procurement function • Unlock and create real value • Change suppliers’ perceptions and behaviors • Deliver breakthrough results • Work across the company supporting your procurement colleagues and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for key categories of spend • Streamline processes and procedures • Help to understand the market and supplier dynamics impacting the categories of spend that we manage • Develop and produce key reports and deliver information that will help LS&Co. effectively manage its spend • Benchmark across industries and leverage your own insights, you will be able to assess and implement the right compensation methodologies to align the supplier’s interests with those of LS&Co. • Demonstrate excellent partnering, communication and project management skills Who are you? Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (5+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree) • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in sourcing or procurement • Solid business judgement, including the ability to anticipate the impact of decisions • Analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent negotiation and conflict management abilities • Strong presentation skills • Ability to build trusted relationships • Experience working on business process improvement projects for a global company a plus We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
