We’re looking for an Assistant Manager on the Levi’s® Global Consumer Marketing team. You will drive projects to support integrated global marketing campaigns from briefing through execution. You'll lead efforts through a defined go-to-market process while building relationships across the organization to guarantee the success of the work. You will partner with Global/Regional Marketing, Global/Regional Merchandising, Marketplace Insights, Project Management and Operations, Internal Creative Studio, External Creative Agencies, Sustainability and more. You'll report to the Manager of Global Consumer Marketing and be based in our headquarters at Levi's Plaza.

About the Job
⏵ Manage Levi’s mainline on-product packaging (i.e., hangtags) development; including ongoing seasonal creative development with creative partners and long-term packaging strategy. This includes support for product and platform naming and on-product packaging for key campaigns like Pride or Holiday
⏵ Assist the Manager in the planning and development of global integrated seasonal marketing campaigns that enhance and amplify the Levi’s brand; drive style authority, relevancy and head-to-toe business growth
⏵ Manage seasonal Fit Navigation campaign development to support core and new fits within the Levi’s ecosystem; assets include still imagery, motion content, copy and in-store materials. Develop creative briefs, providing clear feedback to creative teams, and ensuring the project is on time and on budget. 
⏵ Be a creative marketing thinker and drive agency and internal creative partners to innovate how the Levi’s brand comes to life for our consumers
⏵ Maintain cohesive relationships with important partners in Global Merchandising, Creative, Brand Environment, Regional Marketing, Agencies, etc. 
⏵ Manage your assigned portion(s) of the global marketing budget and track spend. You will hold partners accountable to the budgets provided with regular oversight and will work with the finance team to pay the invoices of vendors supporting your projects. 
⏵ Keep up with the global industry, competitors and market news/trends
⏵ You will need to have an intimate understanding of our consumer demand landscape, and the nuanced behaviors and needs across the globe.

About You
⏵ Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Marketing or Communications)
⏵ 2+ years of relevant marketing or advertising experience in integrated marketing or brand management (experience supporting integrated marketing channels including digital, social, print, OOH, in-store, and ecomm)
⏵ Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; ability to build relationships and work effectively to influence internal and external stakeholders
⏵ Impeccable communication skills; ability to anticipate communication needs to relevant internal and external partners before, during, and after projects to guarantee success 
⏵ Diligence and thoroughness in approaching projects and their outputs 
⏵ Process oriented, yet able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities while staying organized and focused
⏵ Extremely detail oriented yet able to see the big picture and stay connected to higher level brand priorities
⏵ Content creation/production experience a plus
⏵ Agency or agency partner management experience a plus
⏵ An interest in apparel/fashion and global cultural trends is a must
